摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head capable of suppressing the generation of air bubbles in a pressure chamber with a simpler configuration than a conventional one.SOLUTION: An inkjet head 10 comprises: a substrate 20 in which a pressure chamber 28a storing ink is formed; an ejection piezoelectric element 40a which changes pressure in the pressure chamber 28a by vibrating the wall surface of the pressure chamber 28a with expansion and contraction; control piezoelectric elements 40b, 40c which change pressure in the pressure chamber 28a by vibrating the wall surface of the pressure chamber 28a with expansion and contraction; and a control unit which drives the ejection piezoelectric element 40a and the control piezoelectric elements 40b, 40c. The control unit drives the ejection piezoelectric element 40a, compresses the pressure chamber 28a to eject ink, and drives the control piezoelectric elements 40b, 40c so as to alleviate the negative pressure in the pressure chamber 28a after the elapse of a half of a resonance period of a resonance portion in the pressure chamber 28a from ejection of ink in the pressure chamber 28a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
