PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing agent for preventing degradation of a concrete structure and regenerating and reinforcing a degraded concrete structure, and to provide a method for repairing the degraded concrete structure. SOLUTION: Modified polyurethane which is good in penetration, is prepared by mixing diisocyanate and xylene to a polyurethane resin. Then, the thus prepared modified polyurethane is employed as the repairing agent and applied onto a concrete surface with a brush or by spraying to form at least two coats. If a stripped portion is in the depth of the concrete structure, the repairing agent is filled by an injecting method.
