PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double sliding door device of an elevator capable of easily installing essential parts of door stop bodies of both sliding doors to each other with no clearance at the time of closing the doors. SOLUTION: Generation of vibration and noise by both of the sliding doors is restrained and the clearance between both of the sliding doors at the time of closing the doors is blocked by both of the first door stop body 9 and the second door stop body 12 at the time when both of the sliding doors 4 collide against each other by door closing motion. Additionally, inclined surfaces 10, 13 of both of the sliding doors 4 at the time of closing the doors are formed to cross opposed parts of both of the sliding doors 4 at the time of closing the doors on a horizontal projected surface, both of the inclined surfaces 10, 13 are arranged in parallel by forming a cavity, and a polymerized part is formed between both of the inclined surfaces 10, 13. Consequently, it is possible to easily install it on the sliding doors 4 by adjusting positions of both of them along overall length in the height direction at the time of closing both of the doors and to improve working performance of installation, etc., of the elevator.
