PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a smoothly transited and communication enabled state from a resuming state into an active state in a network where one node includes ports of different systems. SOLUTION: This signal processing circuit is included in at least one node which is connected to a communication network consisting of nodes interconnected therein directly via a cable or connected to the communication network indirectly via another node and a cable. One node is provided with ports for cable connection, each of the ports outputs its own Tp bias and to each of the ports, a port enable time is individually set, which is specified as a time after entering the resuming state awaiting an output of the Tp bias from a port of an opposite party in cable connection to its own port until communication is enabled between its own port and the port of the opposite party.
