PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing an electrode, which enable a mold to be cleaned while a workpiece is conveyed.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrode E for a power storage device includes a conveyance step of conveying a workpiece W to a female mold 4 by using a suction pad 2 in which a nozzle 10 for gas G is formed, and a cutting step of forming the electrode E by cutting off the workpiece W loaded on the female mold 4, by cooperation between the female mold 4 and a male mold 6. In the conveyance step, the workpiece W is conveyed while the gas G is jetted toward the female mold 4 from the nozzle 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
