PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing method for a fence structure, which enables an existing fence structure to be effectively utilized to undergo repair and reinforcement without newly reconstructing particularly the existing fence structure undergoing deterioration or lacking strength, and the fence structure reinforced by the method. SOLUTION: The fence structure is characteristically reinforced by a reinforcing member composed of FRP. In the reinforcing method, the reinforcing member composed of FRP is disposed for integration on the surface of or inside the fence structure so as to reinforce the fence structure.
