PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strengths of product and dimensional accuracy of a molding demanded in a polymer alloy by improving a molding method without impairing the degree of freedom of a resin composition of a polymer alloy molding constituted of at least a polyamide-based resin and a polyphenylene ether-based resin and a product design, to be specific, in order to obtain especially a thin molding, to provide a molding method with which a polymer alloy is readily packed into a cavity of mold, occurrence of bad conditions such as warpage and sink mark mainly occurring after molding, is controlled and which can be applied to a thicker or thinner molding. SOLUTION: This polymer alloy molding is characterized in that the resin components of the polymer alloy are constituted of at least a polyamide-based resin component and a polyphenylene ether-based resin component, >=0.2 wt.% of carbon dioxide is dissolved or absorbed in the polymer alloy and the polymer alloy is packed into the cavity of mold. |
