摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generating method for a control system design model for a float which can easily obtain the control system design model for the float without conducting a test, etc. SOLUTION: A fluid model term of a fluid dynamics model (float model) for the float is identified by a neural network 20 and through this identification, the control system design model described by using a state variable is obtained. Specially, this is applicable to two floats which are connected together by a hawser. The neural network uses a model in multi-layered structure, uses a surge speed, a sway speed, a yaw angle, a yaw angular velocity, and a tidal force for an input layer, and uses a fluid force, a tidal force, fluid moment, and tidal moment for an output layer.
