PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for a communication pipe guide formed that (1) a need for nailing and screw locking is eliminated, (2) there is no need for complicated fine adjustment at a working site, and (3) a communication pipe can be easily situated in a desired position. SOLUTION: In the mat for the communication pipe guide to securely situate the communication pipe to connect together a header part, situated at the peripheral edge of a plate-form material of which a floor heating mat is formed, and a heating medium control part, the mat for the communication pipe guide is formed that the plate-form material having substantially the same thickness as that of the mat for floor heating forms a substrate, and a groove having approximately the same width and the same depth as the outside diameter of the communication pipe and formed in a U-shape in cross section when cutting is effected orthogonally to the direction of length is formed in one surface of the substrate and an adhesive layer is formed on the other surface of the substrate. Thus, the problems described above are solved.
