PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger that can be manufactured easily. SOLUTION: A header 10 is composed by split members (tube-retaining members) 16 and 17 where slits (tube insertion hole) 16a and 17a are formed, and the split members 16 and 17 are laminated each other to increase thickness while the slits 16a and 17a are allowed to confront each other.
