PURPOSE: A rotor shaft structure of alternator for car is provided to heighten a high frequency treatment effect for annealing by decreasing a sudden diameter step between a rear shaft end unit and a core combination unit. CONSTITUTION: A rear shaft end unit(30) with which a rear bearing is combined, and a core combination unit(10) with which a rotor core is combined have a diameter step therebetween. A plurality of step unit(11) are formed between the rear shaft end unit(30) and the core combination unit(10).
