PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise order reception supporting system capable of promoting sales by maintaining a satisfactory relation between present construction store and agent, and supporting the ordering and order receiving work activities of both the construction store and agent. SOLUTION: This merchandise order reception supporting system for providing a merchandise ordering tool to a construction store being the customer of an agent, and for providing the ordering information from the construction store to the agent is provided with a new registration step for allowing the construction store to register information for specifying the construction store such as a company name, address, and contact destination and agent information being the transaction designation of the construction store and a merchandise ordering step for allowing the construction store to input and instruct the ordered merchandise. Also, this system is provided with a step for transmitting information related with the designated construction store and a step for transmitting order information related with merchandise ordered from the designated construction store to the agent designated as the transaction designation from the construction store. |
