PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the receipt certification system of literary works capable of receiving works, attaching universal time data, turning them into databases, authenticating them and protecting rights. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a literary work receiving means for receiving the work sent from a literary work preparing person, a reception completion means for confirming the work, issuing a reception timestamp on which the reception time corresponding to the time of various places of the world, based on coordinated universal time(UTC) is entered and notifying the work preparing person of receipt completion, a reception database for preserving the received works altogether, a literary work classification/storage means for classifying and storing the works preserved in the reception database for respective categories, a plurality of the database by respective categories for respectively preserving/storing the classified works by respective categories and a literary work retrieval means by a website, for receiving the retrieval of the database for the respective categories from the outside. |
