PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing blade and a cleaning blade for forming a clear printing image of uniform density. SOLUTION: In the case of adjusting the setting position of an elastic blade member in the manufacture of a blade, the accuracy of the setting position is regulated to±0.3 mm on both the ends in order to remove the end part of the cut elastic blade member by sticking and joining the elastic blade to a core bar, allowing a cutter enter downward from the upper surface of the end part of the elastic blade member to cut the blade, temporarily fixing the cutter allowed to gnaw into the center part of an adhesive layer on the upper surface of the core bar, slightly lifting the cutter, and moving the cutter in the horizontal direction. |
