PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to a hands-free speech and network communication without the need for a connection cord and to understand contents of received electronic mail without the need for viewing a display section. SOLUTION: When a mobile phone 1 receives a phone call or electronic mail through the Internet, a mobile side Bluetooth 2 transmits data to an on- vehicle side Bluetooth 4, a CPU 5 controls a hands-free unit 6 to make a hands- free speech in the case of the phone call or controls a display control section 13 to display mail contents on a liquid crystal display section 14 in terms of characters and controls a text/voice conversion section 12 to convert the mail into a voice, which is outputted from a right speaker 8 closer to a driver in the case of the electronic mail.
