PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disable a vehicle from working an operating function even if a locking lever does not yet reach a stroke end. SOLUTION: This operation system locking lever device for a construction machine vehicle comprises the locking levers 9a, 9b provided to be rotatable between a position A crossing the getting-in/out passage of the construction machine vehicle and a position B off the getting-in/out passage; a lock changeover device for locking or unlocking an operation system of the construction machine vehicle by rotating a lever 23; and a linkage means for connecting the locking levers 9a, 9b to the lever 23 of the lock changeover device. The linkage means switch over the lock changeover device into a locking state by the rotation of the locking levers up to the midpoint of a rotating stroke from the position A of crossing the getting-in/out passage, to the position B off the getting-in/out passage, and the rotation of the locking levers 9a, 9b thereafter freely move to the lock changeover device. |
