PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a controller and a system for line access which can make it possible to share a line for connection with the Internet by a user and a line for connection with an automatic voice answering device. SOLUTION: A personal computer 101 connected to a telephone network 103 is able to access a content server 104 through an Internet network 105 and a telephone set 102 is able to obtain necessary information by accessing an automatic voice answering device 107. A line access controller 106 which connects the telephone network 103 and Internet network 105 or automatic voice answering device 107 requests a transmission source a voice requesting a specific push button to be pressed by an announcement circuit 113 when there is an incoming call.
