PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device to which single or a plurality of power supply potentials are supplied in accordance to the form of use, of which the power consumption is saved by making a through-current not flow to a circuit on the next stage when a power supply potential is not supplied to a part of circuits and in which the output level of the circuit on the next stage is unequivocally determined. SOLUTION: This semiconductor device is provided with a first circuit INVI which outputs an output signal on the basis of an input signal when a first power supply potential is supplied and makes its output a high impedance state when the first power supply potential is not supplied, and a second circuit NAND which is a second circuit that operates when a second power supply potential is supplied and calculates the logical product of the output of the first circuit and the first power supply potential.
