PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molecular structure model within which the states, sizes and valences of atoms can be understood, a stable coupled structure can be assembled and a molecular structure similar to the real structure can be reproduced and understood visually and easily. SOLUTION: The model consists of atomic models 13, 17 and connecting tubes 20, with each atomic model being composed of a sphere 14, formed according to the size of the respective atom and of columnar hooks 15 in the number according to the valance of the atom formed on the surface of the sphere, each hook 15 having a projection 16 to prevent rotation. The connecting tube 20 has a groove 22, formed inside of its cylindrical body 21, with the columnar hook 15 being inserted and attached to the body 21, to fit the projection 16 in the groove 22, and the molecular structure is assembled by coupling the hooks 15 of the atomic models 13, 17 of the respective elements via the connecting tubes 20.
