PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for colleting performance information of a program capable of collecting the performance information of a subroutine without modifying the program. SOLUTION: In this device 1 for collecting the performance information of the program, interruption by a CPU 2 is generated when a branch instruction is executed during execution of the program. During the interruption, an analysis part 16 for the instruction determines whether the branch instruction is related to the execution of the subroutine or not. When the branch instruction is related to the execution of subroutine, a collection part 17 for the performance information acquires the performance information of the subroutine and stores it in a memory part 18 for the performance information.
