摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a diecast rotor having a circumferential cooling passages is provided to enhance the durability of a rotor, and to reduce the failure rate of the rotor by melting out a duct spacer made of salt after finishing diecasting of the rotor, and forming circumferential cooling passages in the diecast rotor. CONSTITUTION: Iron cores(2) and salt duct spacers are alternately stacked at regular intervals on a lower diecasting mold. Then, the iron cores and salt duct spacers are fixed by pressing an upper mold, and simultaneously are supported by installing a protecting jig(7) around the salt duct spacer. Thereafter, prepared melted liquid is injected from beneath the lower mold at high speed and pressure, and fan blades(5), pins(4) and upper and lower rings(1,3) are molded. The upper mold is isolated and a cast product is separated from between the lower and upper molds. The salt duct spacer is melted and removed between the iron cores of the rotor using water.
