PURPOSE: An improved anchor for bearing is provided to offer an anchor of which cross section is a circular or a square shape. CONSTITUTION: In a bearing consisting of an upper plate(1) fixed to an upper structure of a bridge via anchor(4), a lower plate(3) fixed to a lower structure of the bridge via anchor, and movable means(2) arranged between the upper plate and the lower plate; an end of the anchor is fixed on the upper plate(1) or the lower plate(3) and the other end of the anchor is formed in an opened cylindrical shape or an opened square pillow.
