PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher electrode with a comparatively simple structure and having sufficient durability, its manufacturing method and a crusher making use of its electrode. SOLUTION: The crusher electrode extended along the center shaft includes a center conductor 12 having the circumferential surface, an insulating member 13 fixed on the circumferential surface of the center conductor 12 and containing a fiber-reinforced plastics having a fiber extended in the direction at right angles to the extending direction of the center shaft so as to surround the center conductor 12 and the circumferential conductor 15 placed so as to surround the insulating member 13.
