PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismically isolated structure which is large in base isolation performance, and can reduce its construction cost. SOLUTION: Bearing walls 13 each extending in a span direction are arranged in rows in a longitudinal direction, as beams bearing an upper load, and rubber bearing bodies are arranged on both ends of each bearing wall 13 in the span direction, as base isolation devices 15.
