PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling performance while suppressing pressure loss and enable low-pollution combustion without limiting a combustion air. SOLUTION: A cooling air layer 31a in a layered form is provided in communication with a cooling air intake 35 and a cooling air outlet 36a for providing convectional cooling with a cooling air taken from the cooling air intake 35 flowing to the cooling air outlet 36a. The cooling air layer 31a is provided with a plurality of cooling fins 34 each having a plane heat transfer plate portion 41 along the flow direction of the cooling air.
