The invention concerns a composition for treating objects to be disinfected, such as, for example medical, surgical and/or endoscopic instruments, and/or installations in agri-food industries, comprising enzymatic agents. The invention is characterised in that all or part of said agents are capable of targeting at least part of the biofilm binders likely to develop from micro-organisms contaminating an inert surface.
