PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily and quickly confirmable and settable attribute information for designating an operation environment of the respective functions on a property sheet in a GUI environment. SOLUTION: A constitutive condition ('a page displayed by three times or more among the past five-time displays' in the main, and 'a page displayed by one time or more among the past ten-time displays' on a detailed level 1) of a property page inputted by a user is displayed on a condition setting window W1. A property page having an index of 'multiple column printing' (a page number P5) and 'font setting' (a page number P6) is displayed on a main property sheet W2 by a selecting frequency of a property page recorded on a property page selecting history control table T3a. A property page having a page number of P1 to P4 is additionally displayed on a property sheet W3 of the detailed level 1.
