<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a document taking-in device and a filing system which are increased in convenience and safety. SOLUTION: The device has a scanner 14 which reads a document as image data, a plotter 15 which prints the image data or an I/F 20 which sends the image data to a request source, a display part operation part 18 for various operations, a touch panel or dedicated keys 21, and a user list selection part which switches an operation picture for specifying the copying function of the document taking-in device, a function of document transmission to a recipient, or a document reading function, a picture for specifying users who use the respective functions, and a picture for selectively displaying multiple user lists; and a desired user list is selected and a user is determined to perform processing. Consequently, when multiple divisions of a company share this system, a user selects its user list to search for and select a user within the range of the list, so the operability is improved and users can easily be managed by the division.</p> |
