<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximize a system accommodation amount by optimizing a discrim ination threshold used, when whether assignment of a channel is to be made, in a dynamic channel assignment method. SOLUTION: A session monitor section 104 informs a threshold control section 106 about a session time, an interference time and the fact of the occurrence of an end of call and also about the occurrence of forced interruption. A channel assignment section 105 informs the threshold control section 106 about the occurrence of a call loss. The threshold control section 106 adaptively changes a discrimination threshold according to an interference rate, the occurrence of forced interruption and the occurrence of the call loss. Then the channel assignment section 105 assigns channels, on the basis of the comparison result between the discrimination threshold and a CIR(carrier to interference ratio) of an incoming channel.</p> |
