PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically retrieve estimation information related to a retrieving word (e.g., a commodity name) specified by a user from a web page or the like over the Internet, and to successively present retrieved information starting from the one most which appears to be reputation information, to the user. SOLUTION: A document input means 11 inputs a document from a web page or the like over the Internet and a retrieving word input means 12 inputs a retrieval word instructed by a user. A reputation information discrimination means 13 extracts reputation information included in the inputted document and concerned with the instructed retrieving word, on the basis of the appearing position of the retrieving word in the document and the appearing position of evaluation expression for determining the value of the matter and a reputation information priority judging means 16 places priorities on respective pieces of reputation information in the order of similarity to reputation information.
