PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise current absorber wherein split magnets are tightly fitted with a sufficient strength, a holder does not separate from the magnet even when opened in opened ring, and they are easily separated for recycling. SOLUTION: A holder 6 is provided a pair of sprit pieces 4a and 4b in one body while holding them in original annular coupling. It comprises a pair of covering parts 6a and 6b which cover the surfaces of the split pieces 4a and 4b except for the split surface, a hinge 6c which connects the covering parts 6a and 6b for free opening/closing, a projection 6d of L-shape in cross section which is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the covering part 6b, and a band 6e which formed on the outer peripheral surface of the covering part 6a, comprises an engagement hole H engaging with the projection part 6d. These are molded from elastomer as one body together with the split pieces 4a and 4b.
