PURPOSE: A control device of headlamp aiming is provided to directly control the vertical and horizontal aiming of a bulb instead of moving a lamp housing for fixing the lamp housing to increase the design freedom of the lamp housing and uniformly maintain the assembled states of parts. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the headlamp aiming includes a bulb rod(13) extended from a bulb(10) backwardly long and having a rotation joint in the middle and an upwardly bent slider(12) at a rear part integrally, a rotation circular plate(15) slide-coupled with the slider in a slider insertion groove and horizontally rotating the bulb rod having the bulb, a vertical block(16) integrally connected to the rotation joint to move vertically for moving the entire bulb rod vertically, and aiming screws(17,18) for vertical and horizontal control for operating the rotation circular plate and the vertical block.
