摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a cooling fluid circulation apparatus equipped with automated recovery mechanism which is economic and rationalized, is capable of effectively cooling a thermal load using a small quantity of cooling fluid, and is capable of automatically recovering the cooling fluid in the thermal load and in an external piping effectively in a simplified fashion. CONSTITUTION: In a cooling fluid circulation apparatus, a cooling fluid 1 in a tank 2 is supplied to a thermal load 3 connected to the tank 2 through a feed pipe 4 and a return pipe 5 for cooling for the thermal load 3. The cooling fluid staying in the feed pipe 4, the thermal load 3, and the return pipe 5 is refluxed and recovered in the tank 2 by supplying compressed gas from a compressed gas supply source 18 through a recovery gas pipe line 31 into the feed pipe 4. A change in a liquid level in the tank 2 caused by the supply and recovery of the cooling fluid 1 with respect to the foregoing fluid is absorbed by supplying or exhausting the compressed gas in a liquid level adjusting chamber 15 from a liquid level adjusting gas pipe line 20 to push out the cooling fluid from the liquid level adjusting chamber 15 or cause the fluid to flow in.
