PURPOSE: An ashtray structure for preventing smoke leakage is provided to prevent tobacco smoke from is leaked to the outside by completely sealing a body and a cover by forming a rib for preventing smoke leakage, and to reduce a manufacturing cost by reducing the number of working process. CONSTITUTION: An ashtray structure for preventing smoke leakage includes a rib(114) of a predetermined length. The rib is formed on an inner rim of a seating part(112) of a cover(110), which is covered from an upper portion of an ashtray body(120), to prevent smoke from being leaked to the outside through a space part formed between a body and the cover. The rib protrudes downwardly to be easily seal an inner circumference of the ashtray body.
