PURPOSE: A device for controlling a radiator grill for controlling temperature of engine cooling water is provided to restrict heat exchange between an engine and low-temperature outside air by properly blocking cold air induced from the outside through the radiator grill. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling a radiator grill for controlling temperature of engine cooling water includes a water temperature sensor(32), an electronic control unit(ECU)(34), an actuator(36), a first link, a link device and a second link. The water temperature sensor senses temperature of cooling water flowing in the radiator. The ECU compares a sensed signal value with a setting value and outputs signal for controlling opening and shutting of a radiator grill(38). The actuator operates a driving motor according to a signal output from the ECU. The first link is connected with the actuator and transmits rotating power of the driving motor. The link device converts rotating motion of the first link into a straight motion. The second link converts the straight motion of the link device into the rotating motion and opens and shuts the radiator grill.
