An organic light emitting display device including a lighting transistor having gate electrodes of the same size comprises: a substrate including a pixel region in which a plurality of pixels are arranged; and a plurality of lighting transistors disposed in a peripheral region surrounding the pixel region on the substrate, electrically connected to the pixels, and performing testing for lighting of the pixels. Each of the lighting transistors may include first active layer patterns disposed on the substrate; a plurality of first gate electrodes of the same size, arranged to overlap the first active layer patterns and disposed to be separated from each other; and a conductive pattern disposed on the first gate electrodes, and electrically connected to the first gate electrodes. Accordingly, uniformity of lighting brightness and lighting image quality of the organic light emitting display device can be increased.
