Flat trolley (10) (viewed from above) is suitable for moving heavy objects, eg furniture. It has central retractable strap (42) for securing an object to trolley (10) and loops (36, 38) at respective ends to enable trolley (10) to be manually pulled, carried up stairs, etc. Flexible loops (36, 38) have respective pairs of retractors (32, 34) which allow human operators to slowly extend loops (36, 38) so they can be placed over the operators' shoulders. Sharp tuggins on loops (36, 38) however locks retractors (32, 34) allowing the object and trolley (10) to then be carried using loops (36, 38). |
