Mounting for one or two sanitation or water supply lines each having concealed shut-off valve (4) and meter base (5) separated by a copper or brass connection (6). The invention provides protection caps (2, 2') for all common valves and meter bases that extend from the protection foam box (3). The caps are designed to fit with the foam box, so that no opening or space exists between the caps and foam box.
