PURPOSE: A seat warmer system is provided to prevent discharge of a battery in a seat warmer system and to make seat hot-wire operated only under the fixed temperature. CONSTITUTION: A seat warmer system includes a hot-wire(16) built in a seat for a vehicle, a relay(13) having a switch for providing and shutting off the power of a battery to the hot-wire, a control unit(15) controlling the on/off of the relay, a mode-switching switch(SW2) to switch an automatic mode and manual mode between the relay and control unit, a first temperature sensor(17) connected to the input end of the control unit and sensing the room temperature of a vehicle, a second temperature sensor(18) connected to the input end of the control unit and sensing the outdoor temperature of a vehicle, a load cell switch(SW3) of the inside of a seat cushion, and an L-terminal of an alternator(12) connected to the input end of the control unit and indicating the operation of the engine.
