The present invention relates to a parent algae bag for spreading algae spore. According to the present invention, the parent algae bag comprises: an algae accommodation container having an internal space extended upwardly from a bottom surface to accommodate matured parent algae capable of creating spore, a net part including multiple inlet/outlet holes communicating with the internal space to allow the spore created by the parent algae to flow out to the outside, and an opened upper part; an upper lid combined with the upper part of the parent algae accommodation container to restrict the parent algae accommodated in the internal space of the parent algae accommodation container within the internal space; and a weft frame accommodated and restricted within the parent algae accommodation container and wound by wefts to allow the spore to be attached. According to the parent algae bag, insertion of the spore may be predicted through the weft of the weft frame and an advantage is provided in which the algae inserted on the wefts may be planted in a lost area.
