PURPOSE: Provided is a lactic acid bacteria, which inhibits Helicobacter pylori activities, particularly Lactobacillus coprophilus PL 9004(KCCM-10248). It can be applied to stomach ulcer inhibitors, food additives, and preventing or treating agents for Helicobacter pylori infection. CONSTITUTION: Lactobacillus coprophilus PL 9004(KCCM-10248) produces inhibitors which inhibits Helicobacter pylori from binding to gastric mucosa and inhibits its growth. Thus, the culture solution of PL strain can be used as therapeutic agent of stomach ulcer. PL strains can be applied to compositions of feeds, feed additives, drugs or cosmetics for inhibiting Helicobacter pylori activities and bacteria activities, increasing immunity or cleaning intestines.
