摘要 PURPOSE: A switch control device for synchronous breaker using neural circuit network is provided to restrict an overvoltage generation in a power system by controlling a switching point of time properly in correspondence with an environmental variation. CONSTITUTION: A multiplexer(101) transmits an environmental variable signal in time division mode sequentially. An A/D(analog/digital) converter(102) converts the analog signal output from the multiplexer(101) into digital data. A neural circuit network(103) performs a functional process of the input signal from the A/D converter(102) and data investigated previously. An operator(104) receives the signal output from the neural circuit network(103) and determines an operation delay time. A synchronous signal generator(105) generates a pulse signal synchronous to a signal inputted from outside. A timer(106) receives the pulse signal and increases time from a reference point of time. A comparator(107) compares the output signal from the timer(106) with the output signal from the operator(104). A breaker switching unit(108) switches a breaker according to the output signal of the comparator(107).
