SUBSTANCE: device has current and potential transformers connected directly to data conversion unit incorporating series-connected multichannel low-frequency filter, multichannel analog-to-digital converter, multichannel memory unit for instant values of currents and voltages, and frequency, voltage, current, power, and voltage phase shift measuring unit. Data conversion unit is coupled with resolving unit connected through matching unit with remote control unit and circuit breakers. Data picked off transformers and passed through filters arrive at inputs of analog-to-digital converter wherein instant values of voltages and currents are recorded in digital form at constant digitizing frequency. These instant values are memorized and then used for sequential calculation of mentioned parameters of electrical quantities in digital form. Computed values are transmitted to respective inputs of resolving unit that functions to control power installation pieces of equipment. EFFECT: reduced hardware requirement, total mass and size; enhanced metrological characteristics of measuring channels. 1 dwg
