NOVEL ISOMETRIC VIRUS OMSV FROM DISEASED PLEUROTUS OSTREATUS AND IMMUNOASSAY KIT FOR DETECTING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are a novel isometric virus OMSV(KCTC 0893BP) from diseased Pleurotus ostreatus and an immunoassay kit for detecting the same. CONSTITUTION: The novel isometric virus OMSV(KCTC 0893BP) is isolated and identified from diseased Pleurotus ostreatus. It has following features: genetic materials of OMSV have dsRNA forms and the size of the genetic material is each 2.25kb, 2.15kb and 2.05kb; a polypeptide consisting of coat proteins has a size of 62kD; and particle is spherical shaped and its size is 34nm.
