PURPOSE: Provided is a sweet potato or steamed bread shaped pocket pizza produced by baking twice, which dose not fall down toppings, therefore, we can eat the pocket pizza easily. CONSTITUTION: The pocket pizza is produced by a process comprising the steps of: kneading wheat flour, water, milk, eggs, cooking oil, and additives and leaving the kneaded dough alone at an ordinary temperature for 3-7 hours to obtain the dough for the pizza skin by fermentation and aging; making the pizza skin having a thickness of 3-5mm from the dough by using a roller; cutting the pizza skin in the form of a circle to obtain a unit pizza skin; putting the toppings on the unit pizza skin and put the toppings into the unit pizza skin to make a sweet potato or steamed bread shaped unit pizza; baking the unit pizza at 230-250deg.C for 2-3 minutes and then baking 200-220deg.C for 3-5 minutes.
