The invention relates to pharmaceutical combination preparations for use in the therapeutical and prophylactic treatment of bacterial and parasitic infections, especially malaria. The inventive preparations contain as the active substances 3-N-formylhydroxylaminopropyl phosphonic acid derivatives or 3-N-acetylhydroxylaminopropyl phosphonic acid derivatives combined with other pharmaceutical active agents.
