An HLA-A24 gene transfer non-human transgenic mammal characterized in that cytotoxic T cells (CTL) are induced therein by HLA-A24-restricted antigenic stimulation; a method of screening a remedy or a preventive for tumor or a viral infection characterized by comprising administering a test substance to the above-described non-human transgenic mammal and then assaying and evaluating whether or not CTLs specific to the test substance are induced therein; a PSA-origin HLA-A24-restricted tumor antigen peptide selected by this screening method; a chimeric gene (a DNA construction) useful in forming the above-described transgenic non-human mammal; host cells transformed by this chimeric gene; utilization thereof, etc.
