PURPOSE: Provided is a baby feeding bottle with a ventilation function in which the air is inserted into the bottle while feeding a baby milk contained in the bottle, a ventilation means can be easily washed, and a rubber nipple cannot be easily separated from the bottle. Therefore, a baby can be easily and safely fed milk. CONSTITUTION: The baby feeding bottle comprises a bottle body(130); a rubber nipple(150) which is combined with the bottle body by a joint(120); and a ventilation means comprising an upper valve(110) having three milk discharging holes(200) at the top and inflowing groove(210) at the bottom, a lower valve(140) having three penetrating pipes(160) combined with the milk discharging holes(200) and a ventilation pipe(190) is combined with the base plane of the lower valve(140) to transfer the air inflowed from the air inflowing groove(210) to the bottle body(130), wherein a first switching valve(180) is placed in a region where the air inflowing groove(210) and the ventilation pipe(190) meet together, and a second switching valve(180) is placed in the lower part of the ventilation pipe(190).
