PURPOSE: A fixed device for containing a door glass of a vehicle is provided to load or to unload a luggage well because a tail gate opens and closes easily in even small place, and to use a loading box well because a middle gate is formed by being folded. CONSTITUTION: A fixed device for containing a door glass of a vehicle is applied to a vehicle having a middle gate for containing a door glass. The upper part of a door glass is connected to a roof panel by a connecting hinge, and the lower part of the door glass is connected to a gate body by a glass mount hole. The door glass mount hole is rotated in 180 degree by being folded, and a pad supporting the door glass is installed in the gate body. A trim assembly(36) in the gate body is fixed with a guide handle as using a base(50) having a base protrusion part connected with a trim fixed screw. The guide handle is connected in the upper side of the gate body, and has a handle part in the one side and a hook part in the other side. The gate body is folded toward the direction that a passenger seat is installed as installing a lower hinge(56) in the lowermost part. The lower hinge is folded in 90 degree toward the passenger seat by a connecting pin(60) and is fixed in a floor panel(70) by lower hinge fixed bolt(74). A gate mount arm(58) is installed in lower side of the gate body and is fixed to the gate body in one side and to a rear deck floor(62) in the other side by the connecting pin of the center. A weather strip(68) is installed in the lower part of the gate body, and a weather strip2(72) is installed in the part contacted by the lower part of the gate body and the floor panel. The guide handle is connected with a spring having resilient force in a spring hood part of the base to be able to open and close. When the door glass is folded by the door glass mount hole and contained to the inner part of the middle gate, the trim assembly opens the trim and the door glass is contained by being rotated. The trim assembly is closed and the hook part of the guide handle is fixed to the hole of the gate body. The door glass having the pad inside of the trim assembly is pressed and vibration of the door glass is prevented.
