IDLER GEAR ASSEMBLY OF MAGNETIC RECORDING PLAYER

PURPOSE: An idler gear assembly of a magnetic recording player is provided to insert an idler gear into an idler axis fixed into an idler arm, and to fix a spring plate into a connection rod, then to press the idler gear with an elastic force of an elastic leg by a pressing ring of the spring plate, thereby minimizing the number of components. CONSTITUTION: An idler axis(52) for installing an idler gear(60) is fixed into a front end of an idler arm(50). A connection rod(54) is projected on a front end of the idler axis. The idler gear is rotated on the basis of the idler axis of the idler arm. The idler gear rotates the idler arm based on a clutch axis(42) according to a rotation direction. A pressing ring of a spring plate(70) is set in a pressing surface(62). The pressing surface is formed as a ring shape on a lower side of the idler gear. A big gear(64) and a small gear part(66) are formed on the idler arm to convey a dynamic force. The spring plate elastically presses the idler gear on the idler arm, to rotate the idler arm according to a rotation direction of the idler gear.
